DIFFERENT UNITS

 

Containerised units:

We have four different sized units on offer.

Double:

12m(length) x 2.4m(width) x 2.6m(height)

The doors open a full 180°

Single:

6m(length) x 2.4m(width) x 2.6m(height)

The doors open a full 180°

Half:

3m(length) x 2.4m(width) x 2.9m(height)

The doors are different to those of the bigger units and is 1.04m in width.

Semi:

2m(length) x 2.4m(width) x 2.9m(height)

The doors are different to those of the bigger units and is 1.04m in width.

 

 

RATES

Rates depend on the size of the unit as well as the duration of the rental period.

Double:

Month-month basis - R1890/month

6month basis - R1840/month

Single:

Month-month basis - R1090/month

6month basis - R1030/month

Half:

Month-to-month basis - R750/month

6month basis - R700/month

Semi:

Month-to-month basis - R630/month

6month basis - R600/month

On signing of the lease agreement, the first MONTH'S RENT IS PAYABLE. (Full Calender month)

Only once we have received proof of payment of the first month's rent, Containersafe reserve a unit to the customer.

 

SECURITY

Customers are responsible for their own locks. No other party will have keys, and thus access, to a customer's unit.

Upon payment of first monthly rent, the customer will be given a password which gives him access to the premises.

This password in accordance with the unit number can give any person access to the premises and must therefore be kept safe for the safety of all customers.

To gain access to the premises customers must call the number at the gate and give their password to the operator.

Once the password has been confirmed the security company will open the gate.

Please ensure that the gate closes behind you when you enter or exit for the safety and security of all the customers.

Never will a customer be allowed to break open a lock, even though the lock is his own property, without the presence and consent of either security staff or Containersafe staff.
